  1. Service Review -  Review IT and Business Services on a regular basis to improve service quality and look at opportunities to reduce costs where possible.
  2. Process Evaluation - review the strategy, operational, and design process on a regular basis to identify were measureable metrics are not missed and to benchmark improvements and maturity over time.
  3. Develop and Define Continual Service Improvement Initiatives - Base on the Outcome of step 1 and 2, the organization should identify initiatives that can improve services.
  4. Track and Monitor Continual Service Improvement Initiatives - Once Continual Service Improvement the organization needs to track the initiatives and verify that the are creating the corrective services improvement measures desired.

As a Service provider to the business IT should always be looking at opportunities to continually improve services to the organization to become more efficient and effective at helping the organization achieve their goals.
